doublee電子商店提供以下配送服務。

‧ 標準配送服務 (香港 - 順豐速遞)

‧ 自提點取貨 (香港 - 順豐速遞或其他速遞)

送貨流程

‧ 確認訂單後3-4個工作日內發貨，發出後2-3個工作日內收到

除網站特別活動外，運費詳情如下：

‧ 訂單金額滿HK$250，即享免運費優惠。

‧ 訂單金額未滿HK$250，需收取運費HK$30。

如派件位址為香港偏遠地區，客戶須支付額外上門收派附加費，詳細條款請參考順豐網站。上門收派服務的價格不包括偏遠地區附加費、特殊入倉服務費及其他特殊處理費；如快件投寄到上述地區，客戶須支付額外附加費。

‧ 顧客請在購買時輸入正確的個人資料及地址，以便安排送貨

‧ 下訂單即表示您同意根據此處規定的條款和條件購買產品或服務。收到您的訂單後，我們將確認收到您的訂單。但是，這並不能確認我們已接受您的訂單。我們保留拒絕任何採購訂單而不給出任何理由的權利。如果我們無法接受您的訂單（例如由於付款問題），我們將通過電話或電子郵件通知您。

Delivery methods

The “doublee”e-shop provides the following services:

‧ Standard delivery service (Hong Kong – SF Express)
‧ Pickup Location (Hong Kong – SF Express or other express)

Delivery Process
‧ The goods will be sent out within 3 to 4 working days after the order is confirmed, and will be received within 2 to 3 days after sending out

Hong Kong delivery
Expect for the activities specifically indicated on the website, the principles for shipping fee as follows:
‧ After the order amount is over HK$250, you can enjoy free shipping.
‧ If the order amount is less than HK$250, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

If the delivery address is a remote area of Hong Kong, the customer must pay an additional fee for on-site collection and delivery. For detailed terms, please refer to the SF Express website. The price of door-to-door delivery service dose not include surcharges in remote areas, special warehousing service fees and other special handling fees; if express mail is delivered to the above-mentioned areas, customers must pay additional surcharges.

‧ Customers please enter the correct personal information and address at the time of purchase in order to arrange delivery.

‧ Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein. After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it does not confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event that we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue), we will notify you by phone or email.
